There are a number of ways in which you can get involved in Design Circle. Here are a few.

1. Participate in the online community by contributing news, job information, creating your portfolio, and joining your alumni group(s) to keep in touch with your classmates.
2. Become a planner to keep Design Circle energized through organization and execution of events.
3. Partner your organization with Design Circle for joint activities and support.
4. Sponsor Design Circle, or talk to your employer about possible sponsorship opportunities.
5. Plan your own Design Circle event using our document library to make it official.
6. Contact us if you have any other suggestions.

If you would simply like to get involved in contributing information to the website, there are a number of ways to do so. After you register an account, you can post information directly to the discussion community. The News + Announcements section posts to the front page, then forwards all new posts to users who have subscribed to it as a mailing list. Jobs + Internships has the same subscription functionality. Once you have registered an account, both of these features can also be accessed via email if you would prefer to not visit the website to add information. You can send an email (from your registered email account only) to news@designcircle.org or jobs@designcircle.org to automatically propogate the information into these sections. Even attachments are supported by this.

Note: Remember to delete any non-relevant email garble at the top or bottom of forwarded messages because they will post with your message.

Perhaps the easiest way to get involved in the organization is to mention it to colleagues. If you know anyone interested in connecting with the emerging student body, the more people who become actively involved in Design Circle, the more beneficial it will become to the local design community and all participants.
